Today I must go to the Wolf Sanctuary as I must go and see Alice and take her some Apples.  I am hoping that she has behaved herself during her oestrus better than she did at the farm. She used to chase the workers making a bellowing sound, whether it was the gumboots or the squeaky wheels of the wheel barrow I don`t know.  When I scratched behind her ear she would lay on her side and I would have to brush her, she was then very good for a few hours.   After that I had to got through the motions again. she was beginning to loose a lot of her long hair which I was not sure whether it was just her winter coat moulting or stress.   last time I saw her she was getting on fine with her adopted piglets. Although she was high maintenance I still miss her very much although I was just her custodian.

I was told not to spend so much time with the pig or I may become one.

Back to the Past.

I even found a photo from 1959 in the UK, when I was at Sterling Lines, living in a wooden Army hut. As you can see in the back ground we were still issued with the Lee Enfield 303 rifles with the screwdriver bayonet.  A few weeks later we were issued with the FN SLR (R1) but only for exercises and target practice. They had a tenancy of loosing the flash eliminator due to breakage and are now replaced with a shorter SA80 assault rifle.

For some time many of us have wondered just who is
Jack Schitt?
We find ourselves at a loss when someone says,
‘You don’t know Jack Schitt’!
Well, thanks to my genealogy efforts, you can now
respond in an intellectual way.
Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt. Awe Schitt,
the fertilizer magnate,
who married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc.
They had one son, Jack.
In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt. The deeply religious
couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt,
Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt
and Dip Schitt.
Against her parents’ objections, Deep Schitt married
Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout.
After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt
divorced. Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock,
and because her kids were livingwith them, she wanted to keep her previous name.
She was then known as Noe Schitt Sherlock.
Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt, and they
produced a son with a rather nervous disposition
named Chicken Schitt. Two of the other six children,
Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt, were inseparable
throughout childhood and subsequently married
the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony.
The wedding announcement in the newspaper
announced the Schitt-Happensnuptials.
The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg,
Byrd, and Horse.Bull Schitt, the prodigal son,
left home to tour the world.
He recently returned
from Italy with his new Italian bride, Pisa Schitt.
Now when someone says, ‘You don’t know Jack Schitt’,
you can correct them.

Method of making Animated Header.

I just got 4 random pictures and made 4 jpg frames of 760X151 headers as shown below.

These pictures were then put into Animation Shop, one at a time, which is part of Paintshop Pro.

This is saved as a gif file from Animation Shop. The time scale can be set before saving, this one was set at 320. That is 320 X 1/100 th`s of a second for each frame.

When working as a header the pictures move from left to right on the screen. So the beach scene will become the first picture and so on continuously. Click on the header above, or here to see the original animated header.             This may be a bit slow.

If you want to use more sites or just old blogs, try this..

It is very easy to move your blog or web page from one server to the other. Many people have said that they have had problems as they do not get the hits or comments that they expect. I started on blat and tried various names and Avatars, but only since changing to iblog have I had so many emails and comments. Even from my old pages with other providers.
How to save old pages.
First open a word document on Desktop and click new.  Then open the page to be copied in EDIT and click on HTML. Then click  SELECT ALL  and COPY , this can be done on the edit drop down menu or right click on the mouse. Once the page is copied is can be saved in a  word document in HTML.
How to move to new page.
To get this on a new page is quite easy, open the word document and click select all and copy. Then open Add New Post in HTML, click save and your page is ready. Just click Visual to see if your pictures are there and add your title.
This idea leaves your original page where it was and the pictures will still stay with the old page. Sometimes the page will take a little longer to show the pictures, but this has not been a problem.
